Our School Story: Pleasant Corners Public School

Located in the small, vibrant community of Vankleek Hill, Ontario, near the Quebec border, Pleasant Corners Public School (PCPS) has been a cornerstone of education since May 1971. Our school serves students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, with approximately 540 students who arrive daily by bus from various parts of our community.

We are proud of our diverse population, offering French Immersion and English programs to meet the needs of our students. As the PCPS Patriots, we celebrate teamwork, inclusion, and school spirit.

Our school grounds feature a beautiful playground and scenic nature trails, offering students a space to explore, play, and connect with nature. Inside the school, we are equally proud of our robust sports program and the many clubs led by our passionate and dedicated staff, who go above and beyond to create enriching experiences for our students.

At Pleasant Corners Public School, we live by our motto: We keep our hands to ourselves and our feet on the ground. This guiding principle fosters a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

At PCPS, we are committed to nurturing curiosity, celebrating diversity, and fostering a strong sense of community. Together, we strive to help every student grow, learn, and succeed.
